Most small businesses run on one person's memory and a lot of adrenaline. I build the systems that change that — then use AI to make them sharper.
Everyone wants to bolt AI onto their business. Almost nobody has written down how the business actually runs first. I do the unglamorous part — the mapping — which is the part that makes the AI actually work.

About
// Who · Why · WhatI grew up in small business. Not as a case study — as the kid who saw what the long hours and the tight months did to the people running it. I know the pride of building something from nothing. I also know the particular dread of payroll week when the money isn't there yet.
Since then I've run operations and managed businesses across e-commerce, production, and professional services. There's a Graduate Certificate in Project Management in there too, which is useful but isn't the thing that makes me good at this. The thing that makes me good at this is having watched a lot of businesses up close — the ones that worked and the ones that quietly came apart — and being able to tell fairly early which way one is heading.
// The Through-Line
The pattern is almost always the same. A business doesn't fall over because of a bad product or bad people. It falls over because everything that matters lives in the founder's head, and the founder can't be in two places at once. My job is to get it out of their head and into something the team can actually run without them. AI comes after that. Never before.
